Restaurant Manager

Job Purpose:

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of Urban Pizza, ensure excellent customer service, maintain high food quality standards, manage staff performance, and drive overall business growth. The manager will ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards according to UAE regulations.

Monitor inventory, place orders, and maintain stock levels for ingredients, packaging, and supplies.

Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.

2. Staff Management

Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.

Prepare staff schedules and ensure sufficient manpower.

Conduct staff evaluations, provide coaching, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.

Ensure team adherence to company policies and health standards.

3. Customer Service

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.

Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.

Build strong customer relations to increase repeat business.

4. Financial & Administrative Tasks

Monitor daily sales reports, cash handling, and POS operations.

Assist with budgeting, cost control, and achieving sales targets.

Reduce wastage and maintain cost efficiency.

Prepare operational reports for management.

5. Compliance & Standards

Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and municipality requirements.

Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.

Implement company SOPs, quality standards, and brand guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

3–4 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a fast-food or casual dining environment (pizza/quick service experience preferred).

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Knowledge of inventory control, cost management, and POS systems.

Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced operations.

Good understanding of UAE food safety & hygiene regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
