• Manage the daily operations of the coffee shop.
• Supervise and train baristas and staff.
• Make sure customers receive good service and quality coffee.
• Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
• Manage inventory (coffee beans, milk, sugar, snacks, etc.).
• Monitor sales, cash handling, and daily reports.
• Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and follows hygiene standards.
• Create staff schedules and manage shifts.
• Help improve customer experience and increase sales.
