Core Responsibilities
1. Operational Excellence & Financial Stewardship
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring flawless execution of opening/closing procedures and strict adherence to health and safety standards.
- Master the P&L: Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement savvy cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Optimize inventory: Maintain precision in stock levels for premium food and beverage supplies, minimizing waste through strategic oversight.
2. The Guest Journey
- Cultivate an atmosphere of sophisticated hospitality, ensuring every guest experience is bespoke and memorable.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback, resolving complex concerns with grace, professionalism, and a "guest-first" mindset.
- Continuously evolve service standards based on feedback and global fine-dining trends.
3. Leadership & Talent Development
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and mutual respect.
- Conduct rigorous training on menu knowledge, wine pairings, and the nuances of high-end service.
- Drive professional growth through regular performance coaching and constructive evaluations.
4. Strategic Growth
- Partner with marketing to execute high-profile events and promotional campaigns that attract a discerning clientele.
- Identify and act upon market opportunities to increase revenue and brand presence.
Who You Are
- Language: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential (both written and spoken).
- Experience: A proven track record (5+ years) in high-end or Michelin-starred restaurant management.
- Leadership: A natural leader who leads by example, staying calm under the "dinner rush" pressure while maintaining an impeccable eye for detail.
- Acumen: Strong financial literacy and a data-driven approach to restaurant performance.
- Presence: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with VIP guests and stakeholders.
