Restaurant Manager (Fine Dine Background)

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination between front and back of house.
  • Lead and supervise staff to deliver exceptional guest service aligned with brand standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, food costs, and control operational expenses.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Ensure hygiene, food safety, and regulatory compliance at all times.
  • Prepare daily reports and support in achieving sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduation.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant software (POS, inventory management, scheduling tools).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
