About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining to lead the operations of a premium dining concept. This role requires a refined hospitality professional with a strong operational background, exceptional guest service mindset, and proven leadership experience in luxury or fine dining environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering world-class service, managing operational excellence, and ensuring profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality, elegance, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Excellence
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Ensure strict adherence to fine dining SOPs, service sequences, and brand standards
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service consistency
- Ensure compliance with all hygiene, food safety, and Qatar health regulations
Guest Experience & Service Quality
- Personally oversee guest satisfaction and handle VIP guests
- Resolve guest complaints promptly with professionalism and discretion
- Monitor service flow, table turn times, and service etiquette
- Ensure ambiance, cleanliness, and overall dining atmosphere meet fine dining expectations
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and inspire FOH & BOH teams to achieve service excellence
- Conduct recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop staff skills in fine dining etiquette, upselling, and guest engagement
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, discipline, and productivity
Financial & Commercial Management
- Manage budgets, labor costs, food cost, and inventory control
- Monitor daily sales, KPIs, and profitability targets
- Analyze P&L reports and implement cost-control strategies
- Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and service enhancements
Administration & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
- Ensure licensing, documentation, and audits are maintained accurately
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5–8 years total hospitality experience
- Minimum 3–5 years as Restaurant Manager in Fine Dining / Luxury Restaurants
- Strong understanding of fine dining service etiquette, wine service, and menu engineering
- Proven leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong financial, analytical, and operational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
- Hands-on, guest-focused, and detail-oriented approach
- Candidates currently in Qatar preferred
