The Carnival All Day Buffet is expanding its Operations Control Division and is looking for detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible professionals to join our team.

Location: Ada Plot Branch & Gulberg Branch, Lahore
Position: Restaurant Operations Controller
Vacancies: 4 (2 per branch)
Shifts: Morning & Evening (Rotational)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Verify guest cover counts and reconcile with cashier records.
• Conduct inventory and stock verification for kitchen and store.
• Monitor buffet refill counts and food consumption.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Store, Front Desk, and Cashier teams.
• Maintain accurate POS/system entries and operational reports.
• Assist in food cost control, wastage monitoring, and daily reporting.

Requirements

• Intermediate minimum (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or F&B operations.
• Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail with strong integrity and accountability.
