Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations and support ongoing business expansion. This role is ideal for a strong operator who leads from the floor, builds disciplined teams, and ensures consistency in service, food quality, and financial performance as the business scales.

You will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence in existing locations while playing a key role in new store openings, standardization, and team development.

Key Responsibilities Guest Experience

  • Ensure consistent delivery of service standards across all locations
  • Monitor daily service quality and address guest feedback and concerns
  • Resolve customer complaints related to food, service, or environment
  • Drive a hospitality-first culture on the floor

Food & Beverage Quality

  • Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Oversee food preparation, portion control, and plating standards
  • Manage deliveries and verify product quality and quantities
  • Control inventory of food, supplies, and equipment

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Conduct regular training on food safety and allergy awareness
  • Monitor equipment functionality and cleanliness of work areas
  • Maintain readiness for inspections and audits

Financial & Performance Management

  • Oversee store-level P&L and meet financial targets
  • Manage food and labor costs and optimize staffing efficiency
  • Analyze shrinkage, variances, and operational losses
  • Review reports related to sales, payroll, invoices, and cash handling
  • Identify growth and efficiency opportunities while protecting brand standards

Team Leadership

  • Hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant teams and supervisors
  • Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Manage staffing plans and schedules across locations
  • Lead shift meetings and oversee rollout of new menu items or promotions
  • Address performance issues and enforce company policies

Multi-Unit Operations & Expansion

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple locations
  • Support new store openings, including setup, hiring, training, and launch
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Monitor KPIs across locations and drive corrective actions
  • Develop store-level leaders to operate independently and at scale
  • Act as a key operational partner in the company’s expansion plans

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in restaurant operations, preferably multi-unit
  • Strong understanding of food safety, cost control, and team leadership
  • Experience supporting store openings or operational scaling is a plus
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is preferred
