Postion: Restaurant Senior Supervisor (Fine dining experienced)

Starting Salary: SAR 4,500 + F.A.T. OR SAR 6,000 (full package / live out)

Location: Riyadh

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior Supervisor to support floor operations and lead service teams at our prestigious luxury café in Riyadh. This role bridges management and frontline service, ensuring operational excellence and mentoring team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise all floor operations during assigned shifts, maintaining complete awareness of dining room activity, guest needs, and service flow to ensure seamless luxury hospitality delivery.
  • Lead by example on the floor, actively engaging with guests, performing table visits to ensure satisfaction, and personally handling VIP services and special occasions with refined attention to detail.
  • Orchestrate service timing and coordination between front-of-house stations, ensuring proper pacing of courses, synchronized table service, and adherence to luxury service choreography.
  • Manage guest arrivals, table assignments, and seating flow in coordination with the host team, optimizing table turns while maintaining the relaxed, unhurried atmosphere expected in luxury dining.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs proactively, reading the room to identify opportunities for enhanced service, resolve concerns before they escalate, and exceed expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Handle guest complaints and service recovery with composure and authority, empowered to make immediate decisions that preserve guest satisfaction and protect the establishment's reputation.
  • Supervise, direct, and support service staff including waiters, captains, hosts, bussers, and runners, providing real-time coaching, guidance, and performance feedback throughout service periods.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, reservations, service priorities, and standards expectations, ensuring the team is fully prepared and aligned for excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor staff performance, presentation, and adherence to service protocols, addressing any deficiencies immediately while recognizing exceptional performance and maintaining team morale.
  • Ensure compliance with all service standards, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures, conducting inspections of dining areas, service stations, and staff readiness before and during service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role demonstrating strong floor management and team leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English required; fluency in Arabic strongly preferred for effective guest interaction and team management in the Riyadh market.
  • Hospitality diploma or relevant certification preferred. Must demonstrate polished presentation, exceptional organizational skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and genuine passion for service excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼4,500.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
