Customer Satisfaction & Experience

- Monitor food preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency in every product served.
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and supply orders to avoid shortages or waste.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team passionate about delivering exceptional service.
- Set clear expectations, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team performance.
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service, problem-solving, and operational skills.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to help team members reach their full potential.
Financial Performance
- Achieve store sales targets and profitability goals through effective cost management and upselling techniques.
- Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliations, and adherence to financial protocols.

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
- Education: Diploma or degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is preferred.
