Restaurant Supervisor

Doha, Qatar

We are currently looking for a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our hospitality team and take charge of ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide restaurant staff during shifts to maintain efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintain service standards and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor floor operations, table turnover, and seating arrangements to maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness and proper handovers.
  • Support stock management by monitoring usage and reporting shortages to management.
  • Assist in implementing promotional activities and special events.
  • Conduct daily briefings with staff to review priorities, policies, and service updates.
  • Enforce company policies, grooming standards, and workplace discipline.
  • Prepare shift reports and communicate key issues or incidents to management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in restaurants.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage staff and operations under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
