We are currently looking for a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our hospitality team and take charge of ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide restaurant staff during shifts to maintain efficiency and service quality.
- Maintain service standards and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
- Monitor floor operations, table turnover, and seating arrangements to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness and proper handovers.
- Support stock management by monitoring usage and reporting shortages to management.
- Assist in implementing promotional activities and special events.
- Conduct daily briefings with staff to review priorities, policies, and service updates.
- Enforce company policies, grooming standards, and workplace discipline.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate key issues or incidents to management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in restaurants.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage staff and operations under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
