Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join a reputed fine-dining restaurant in Oman. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the restaurant team in delivering a world-class dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Lead and motivate front-of-house staff, providing ongoing training and support.
  • Ensure all guests receive outstanding service and attention to detail.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor food and beverage service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and management teams for seamless service flow.
  • Manage stock levels, requisitions, and ensure proper usage of supplies.
  • Support management in maintaining operational standards and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Team Leader in a fine-dining or casual dining restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor / Shift Leader (2–3 years minimum).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Location: Muscat Oman
Salary: OMR 300 – 400
Accommodation: Provided by the company
Benefits: Onboarding tickets & medical insurance provided
Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days a week
Day Off: 1 day weekly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
