Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead our team to deliver a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise restaurant staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee ordering of supplies
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in the restaurant
• Assist in staff training and development
• Collaborate with management on promotional activities and menu planning
• Handle cash management, billing, and daily reconciliation of accounts
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
