Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in restaurant operations, team management, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant and café operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety compliance.
  • Prepare shift schedules, conduct staff training, and monitor team performance.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support management in achieving sales targets, cost control, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently upheld across all service areas.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in restaurant operations (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in supervising teams within F&B or café environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
  • Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive and proactive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO250.000 per month
