Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor (Arabic Female)

Job Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the management team in achieving sales and service targets. She will supervise staff, maintain standards, and ensure smooth workflow in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in training, guiding, and evaluating team members to maintain service excellence.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the restaurant.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Support the restaurant manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reports when required.
• Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Arabic female, preferably bilingual (Arabic & English).
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems is an advantage.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR1.00 per month
