Restaurant Supervisor – South Indian Cuisine

The Restaurant Manager/Supervisor will be responsible for managing every aspect of the restaurant’s operations, from inventory control to kitchen coordination to front-of-house guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for an all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and management teams.
  • Manage inventory, stock ordering, and cost control..
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance.
  • Supervise and train staff, create schedules, and manage performance.
  • Build strong customer relationships, handle guest feedback, and resolve complaints.
  • Monitor financial performance, track sales, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure seamless execution of special menus, events, and promotions.
  • Drive a culture of teamwork, discipline, and excellence across all departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a busy F&B environment (South Indian cuisine experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations – inventory, kitchen management, service flow, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in basic accounting, POS systems, and operational reporting.
