Retail Area Manager

Overview

The Area Retail Manager will oversee multiple retail stores within Dubai, ensuring sales performance, operational standards, and customer experience are consistently met and exceeded. This role requires a strong leader with proven multi-store management experience, a commercial mindset, and the ability to inspire and develop teams to achieve ambitious business goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations within Dubai
• Drive sales performance and ensure stores meet financial and operational targets
• Recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers and frontline staff, ensuring strong succession planning
• Implement and monitor compliance with company policies, brand standards, and visual merchandising guidelines
• Analyze sales and operational reports, identifying trends and developing strategies to optimize results
• Lead performance reviews and set clear KPIs for store teams
• Monitor inventory management, stock levels, and loss prevention measures
• Ensure a premium customer experience across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with senior leadership on expansion, promotional campaigns, and market opportunities
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company in a professional and customer-focused manner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• Minimum 6-8 years of retail management experience, including at least 3 years in an area/multi-store role
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, forecasting, and business planning
• Knowledge of the UAE retail market and consumer trends
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Flexibility to travel between stores and adapt to a fast-paced environment
