Retail Area Manager

SELECTED is delighted to be recruiting for an Area Retail Manager on behalf of a leading Padel Tennis brand, based in Dubai.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing business at the forefront of the Padel Tennis industry, with a strong retail presence across the UAE, GCC and international markets.

The role will take ownership of 6 retail locations driving performance, elevating the customer experience and ensuring operational excellence across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day to day operations of 6 retail stores across the UAE
• Drive sales performance and ensure stores consistently meet and exceed targets
• Lead, coach and develop store teams to deliver a premium customer experience
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance and implement strategies to improve results
• Ensure brand standards are maintained across all locations
• Work closely with senior leadership on retail strategy and expansion plans
• Manage stock, merchandising and visual presentation across stores
• Identify opportunities to grow both in store and eCommerce revenue

Requirements

• Proven experience in a multi site retail management role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Commercially driven with a track record of delivering results
• Experience within sports, lifestyle or retail brands is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of retail operations, KPIs and customer experience
• Based in Dubai or open to relocating
