Retail CCTV & Internal Control Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a CCTV Operations Monitoring Officer to manage and monitor all store activities from the front desk through live CCTV systems.

This role requires high attention to detail, discipline, and integrity. You will be responsible for ensuring company policies are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor all branches via CCTV in real-time

* Track sales transactions (cash & card payments)

* Ensure no fake billing, under-punching, or manipulation of transactions

* Detect any theft, fraud, or suspicious behavior

* Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and break timings

* Ensure staff follow grooming standards (name badge, uniform, posture, behavior)

* Report customer disputes or drama immediately

* Identify staff standing idle, misusing time, or violating policies

* Maintain daily reports with timestamps & screenshots when required

* Escalate serious issues directly to management

* Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Requirements

* Previous experience in CCTV monitoring / security / operations control

* Strong observation & reporting skills

* Ability to sit for long hours and stay alert

* Basic computer skills

* Good English communication

* Honest, disciplined & professional mindset

* Knowledge of retail operations is a big advantage

Important:

This is NOT a mall security / standing guard position.

This is a headquarters-based CCTV monitoring role.

The candidate will sit in our control room and monitor multiple retail branches via CCTV systems, ensuring compliance, performance, and internal control.
