SEM Executive

Salary: AED 5,000

About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven SEM Executive who can take ownership of our paid digital campaigns and work closely with our marketing agency to improve results. This role requires someone technically strong, data-focused, and comfortable managing budgets and performance metrics independently. The ideal candidate understands how to turn ad spend into measurable business growth, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust budgets accordingly
• Work closely with the marketing agency to align campaign strategy
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement plans
• Stay updated with Search Engine Marketing trends, bidding strategies, and algorithm updates
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with business and patient acquisition goals

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing / Paid Media
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Business Manager
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance optimization
• Healthcare marketing experience preferred
• Good reporting and communication skills
