Position Overview

Bella Paulista LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Coordinator to support daily retail operations across our outlets in Doha. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store coordination, maintain operational standards, and support sales performance through effective communication between store teams, suppliers, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily retail store operations to ensure smooth workflow and consistent customer service standards
• Support store managers in inventory control, stock replenishment, and product display execution
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and maintaining optimal staffing levels across outlets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and health & safety regulations
• Support promotional activities and in-store marketing initiatives
• Address operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and operational documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in retail coordination, store operations, or similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting tools)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience in food retail or café brands is an advantage
