Job Summary:
Scoop Retail LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our retail stores in Al Rayyan. This role is essential in ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and coordinating between departments to drive efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily retail operations across store locations to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and assist with replenishment planning
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
• Support store managers with scheduling, staffing, and operational needs
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports on store performance and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
• Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and in-store events
• Handle administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and communication across departments
• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in retail operations or a similar coordination role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with retail management systems or inventory software is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
