Retail Outlet Manager

Cakes and Bakes, a premier food company, involved in manufacturing and selling through its own retail outlets; bakery, confectionary and allied products, frozen food, pure water, pasteurized milk, Desi-ghee and cheese, duly certified under ISO 9001:2018, FSSC and HALAL regimes is looking for a competent, vibrant, dynamic and young persons for the position of Retail Outlet Manager/Branch Manager. Main KPIs of this position are:

a) To increase sales, meeting annual sales target;

b) To reduce returns in tandem with quality requirements;

c) To ensure delightful customer service;

d) To manage retail outlet efficiently and effectively;

Qualification:

Should be at least a graduate, preferably business/economics/commerce graduate;

Experience:

Should have at least 3 years’ of experience in managing and operating retail sales outlet, having proven track record of sales growth and quality customer service.

Skill-set:

· Must be hands-on on MS Office;

· Hands-on PoS operation through MSD 365 shall be preferred

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
