Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement
- Welcome customers and understand their preferences.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on style, occasion, and budget.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.
- Sales & Product Expertise
- Demonstrate knowledge of jewellery types (gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, gemstones).
- Explain product details, certifications, warranties, and care instructions.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Store Operations
- Assist in maintaining attractive displays and visual merchandising.
- Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or customer demands.
- Security & Compliance
- Follow strict security protocols when handling jewellery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and certificates.
- Adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet targets.
- Knowledge of jewellery trends, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle luxury items carefully.
- Basic computer and POS system skills.
Preferred Background
- Prior retail or luxury sales experience (jewellery, watches, fashion).
- Familiarity with hallmarking, diamond grading, and certifications.
- Multilingual ability is an advantage in diverse customer markets.
