RETAIL SALES

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive who is currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection
• Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets
• Maintain clean and attractive product displays
• Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with stock teams for replenishment
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Participate in in-store promotions and marketing campaigns
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends

Requirements

• Currently residing in Bahrain (mandatory)
• Available for immediate joining
• Proven experience in retail sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a professional appearance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in Bahrain/GCC retail market is an advantage
