Retail Sales and Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Showroom Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our retail showroom operations, improve product presentation, and drive sales through effective merchandising and marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail management, merchandising, inventory control, and team leadership, with a passion for building a strong brand presence in the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

1. Merchandising & Product Display

• Plan and implement attractive product displays and visual merchandising strategies
• Ensure products are organized, labeled, and displayed in a way that maximizes sales
• Maintain high showroom presentation standards

2. Marketing & Sales Growth

• Plan and execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with the marketing team to increase foot traffic and conversions
• Identify new opportunities to improve showroom sales performance

3. Inventory Control

• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory tracking
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment
• Reduce stock loss and improve stock turnover

4. Team Management

• Lead and supervise showroom sales staff
• Train the team on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
• Ensure team members meet their sales targets and performance goals

5. Brand & Showroom Standards

• Ensure the showroom reflects a professional and premium brand image
• Maintain brand guidelines across displays, signage, and customer experience
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall showroom presentation

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail showroom management or sales management
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising
• Experience in inventory management and stock control
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong sales and marketing mindset
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience in fashion, footwear, or branded retail products
• Knowledge of retail POS systems and inventory software
