Retail Sales Assistant

Harsh Exclusive is a leading retail showroom dealing in premium home appliances and air-conditioning brands such as Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Blue Star, Samsung, TCL, and Cruise. We pride ourselves on providing top-quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Showroom Salesman to join our team and help customers choose the best solutions for their homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Explain product features, specifications, and pricing for ACs, TVs, refrigerators, and washing machines.
• Recommend suitable models and brands based on customer needs and budget.
• Prepare quotations, handle billing, and process sales orders.
• Follow up with customers for leads, quotations, and after-sales queries.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Coordinate with installation, delivery, and service teams for a smooth customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in showroom or retail sales (electronics/appliances preferred).
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Presentable, confident, and sales-driven personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, email, MS Office).
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
