Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Salespersons to join our padel sports retail store in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a high-quality in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products (rackets, balls, accessories, etc.)

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Maintain product displays and ensure proper visual merchandising

• Handle billing and POS transactions accurately

• Assist in stock management, replenishment, and inventory checks

• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable

• Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate

• 1–2 years of retail or sales experience (fresh candidates with strong communication skills can also apply)

• Good communication, English spoken, and interpersonal skills

• Customer service-oriented mindset

• Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus

• Interest in sports (padel/tennis/fitness preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sports or lifestyle retail

• Strong selling and negotiation skills

• Team player with a positive attitude

Pay: Rs42,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
