Retail Sales Associate

Position Overview:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer shopping experience by providing assistance, guidance, and support to customers in selecting products. This role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining store presentation standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and assist them in finding products according to their needs.
• Provide detailed information on products, promotions, and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
• Operate POS (point-of-sale) systems for billing and cash handling.
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product displays.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Support team members in achieving overall store goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
