Retail Sales Associate

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies
• Assist with visual merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Operate POS (point-of-sale) systems to process transactions accurately
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with professionalism
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Support inventory management, including receiving and tagging merchandise
• Follow all company procedures, including safety and loss prevention standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive store environment
