Position Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Coordinator to manage and oversee daily retail sales operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, sales knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams. The Retail Sales Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales processes and maintaining Lojaswat LLC’s reputation for excellence in retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate retail sales activities, including quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with customers to understand requirements and provide product information.
• Collaborate with sales teams and vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer communications.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s trade regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales coordination or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of retail processes, customer service, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and sales management software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
