Job Description

Microtech Inc. is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving in-store sales, assisting customers, and maintaining excellent product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their needs

Promote and sell company products/services

Maintain product displays and store appearance

Achieve monthly sales targets

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Coordinate with the store team for smooth operations

Requirements

Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred

1–2 years of retail sales experience (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented with a sales mindset

Ability to work flexible shifts

Basic computer skills

Salary: 45K -70K + Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
