Role Description

The Retail Sales Executive is a full-time on-site role based in the Karachi Division. The individual will be responsible for driving sales, engaging with customers, ensuring excellent service, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers in product selection, providing information about product features, handling customer inquiries, and representing the company brand professionally within the retail environment.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Retail Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and team members
  • Experience in building and maintaining solid client Relationships through trust and connection
  • Adaptability, team collaboration, and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Prior experience in the retail industry or a similar role is an advantage
  • High energy and motivation to work in a target-oriented role
