Purpose of the Job
To achieve the agreed sales target for Great Wall Motors in Dubai region.
Job Accountabilities

Achieve or exceed allocated sales targets for Great Wall Motors

Deliver the highest levels of customer service, thereby creating customer loyalty and repeat sales.

Ensure all customer data is effectively recorded.

Deals with daily showroom visits customers, handle telephone inquiries and engage in prospects sales.

Ability to problem-solve and ultimately deliver sales results within set timeframes.

Maintain regular communication with all customers during the purchase and delivery process.

Continuously review, monitor, and evaluate sales opportunities and develop new sales strategies.

Prepares weekly sales report and submits to line manager.

Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line manager.

Adhere to company procedures, particularly around cash and credit handling, to ensure safety of cash and minimum bad debts.

Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

University or higher Diploma is the minimum acceptable education level.

Valid UAE driver’s license

Proficient in English – Arabic fluency to be an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years of automotive experience, UAE experience an advantage.

Proactive, hardworking, motivated approach

Good team player, experienced in a professional, high pressure, working environment.

Arabic speaker is an advantage

Knowledge of the automotive industry, including auto loans

Candidates from luxury/premium retail backgrounds may be considered if non-automotive
