About The Company


Sehat Medical Devices (SMD) is one of Pakistan’s leading manufacturers of syringes, IV sets, blood transfusion sets, and medical disposables. As we expand our footprint in the retail pharmacy market, we are hiring motivated field sales professionals to build and strengthen SMD’s presence across pharmacies.


The Medical Retail Sales Officer will be responsible for daily pharmacy visits, product introductions, securing shelf space, generating orders, and strengthening SMD’s retail presence. This is a 100% field role , requiring persistence, communication skills, and strong relationship-building capabilities.


Tasks

Job Description




  1. Conduct daily door-to-door visits to pharmacies within the assigned territory.




  2. Introduce SMD’s range of medical disposables and promote retail adoption.




  3. Convince pharmacies to stock and regularly order SMD products.




  4. Ensure proper shelf placement, visibility, and adherence to suggested pricing.




  5. Maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners, store managers, and buyers.




  6. Achieve assigned sales targets and coverage KPIs.




  7. Collect and share market intelligence (competitors, pricing, packaging, demand trends).




  8. Maintain daily reporting, visit logs, and route plans.




  9. Coordinate with distribution partners and internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.




Requirements

Requirements




  1. Intermediate (FA/FSc) minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred.




  2. 1–3 years of experience in pharmacy sales, medical disposables, FMCG, or field sales.




  3. Strong persuasion and communication skills.




  4. Must enjoy fieldwork and be capable of independent daily route planning.




  5. Basic understanding of pharmacy product movement is a plus.




  6. Own transport
