Job Location: Qatar

A Cosmetic Sales Representative in Qatar drives product sales to professionals consumers, focusing on building client relationships, meeting targets, and demonstrating product knowledge, with key duties including market research, sales visits (field/tele-calling), merchandising, and post-sales support, requiring strong English/Arabic skills, industry knowledge, and a proven sales track record, often for female candidates in beauty/pharmaceutical roles. Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales, meet monthly/quarterly targets, convert inquiries, and close deals.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (salons, beauty professionals, pharmacies, corporate accounts).
• Product Expertise: Educate clients on product benefits, features, and usage, potentially training on services.
• Market & Strategy: Conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and implement sales strategies.
• Promotions & Merchandising: Create appealing product displays, support marketing efforts, and manage inventory.
• Field & Office Work: Perform tele-calling and on-site visits to customers in Doha and surrounding areas.
• Administration: Prepare contracts, process transactions, and manage post-sales support.

Essential Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Proven sales experience in cosmetics, beauty, or skincare.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the beauty/personal care market in Qatar.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and relationship-building.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, proactive, and passionate about beauty.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related fields is often preferred.
