Retail Sales Supervisor (Driving License Must)

Salary- AED 6000- 7000 (Driving License is Must )

Sales & Performance Management

  • Drive sales growth across all retail locations through strategic initiatives and
  • team motivation
  • Analyse sales and revenue reports to forecast trends and identify growth
  • opportunities
  • Increase upselling and cross-selling through staff coaching and incentive
  • programs
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews for continuous
  • improvement
  • Track and report on store KPIs; set benchmarks to measure success
  • Achieve minimum of 60% conversion for marketing leads

Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise and guide shop staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to
  • standards
  • Develop and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage
  • Hire and onboard new staff as needed to maintain service excellence
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one training sessions with all staff to enhance skills and
  • productivity
  • Plan and manage annual leave schedules to ensure smooth operations

Operational Excellence

  • Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all shop
  • functions
  • Organize store operations in compliance with SOPs, health & safety, and
  • municipality regulations
  • Ensure on time delivery both by driver and shop at all times.
  • Maintain and reduce customer complaints to 0.01% maximum.
  • Ensure all shops meet legal, health, and safety guidelines
  • Control store budgets and minimize unnecessary expenditures
  • Ensure regular maintenance schedules for all machines and equipment
  • Complete tasks on the action tracker before assigned deadlines
  • Achieve excellent cleanness and hygiene for staff, shops and drivers.

Financial Oversight

Ensure there are zero outstanding payment. Implement the solution to achieve the same.

  • Oversee collection of outstanding payments in a timely manner Customer Experience
  • Resolve customer complaints within 1 hour maximum and order delays on the same day they are reported
  • Improve customer satisfaction through proactive service and feedback mechanisms
  • Implement and oversee in-store promotional events, report outcomes to senior management
  • Achieve 30 mins resolution timeline and closed all open task on a timely manner.
  • Issue Resolution & Operational Coordination
  • Resolve all customer complaints and order delays within 1 hour of being reported or reflected.
  • Ensure same-hour resolution of:
  • · Pending approvals
  • · Special care items
  • · Unidentified items
  • · Inspections
  • · Tailor items
  • · Any customer complaint or concerns

Strategic Planning & Market Insights

  • Determine market needs and trends to upscale business offerings
  • Implement contingency plans (Plan B) for issues affecting sales, customer
  • satisfaction, staffing, logistics, equipment, raw materials, absenteeism, and conflicts
  • Resolve pending approvals, inspections, and tailor item issues promptly
  • Business Expansion & Growth
  • Identify new market opportunities and conduct feasibility studies for expansion
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute experience strategies
  • Evaluate potential locations for new stores based on market demand,
  • competition, and ROI
  • Lead the setup and launch of new retail outlets, ensuring alignment with brand
  • standards
  • Build partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and local stakeholders to support
  • expansion
  • Monitor performance of newly opened stores and provide ongoing support to
  • ensure success
  • Driving corporate expansion and accelerating business growth.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in retail operations or supervisory roles, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail.
  • UAE Driving License is Must
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage store operations, including inventory, sales, and merchandising.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, stock management, and retail reporting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
