Retail Store Manager

Role Purpose:


We are currently looking to add a Retail Store Manager to our team in Dubai. Our team take great pride in their product knowledge and work hard to provide exceptional service to our customers.


The ideal candidate will have 3 - 4 years of experience as a Shop Manager in a retail environment. A proven track record in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships is essential.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper display of merchandise.
  • Manage inventory, deliveries, and coordinate with warehouse/merchandising teams.
  • Ensure accurate and smooth cash register transactions, reporting discrepancies when needed.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Supervise, schedule, and motivate staff; ensure compliance with grooming, uniform, and company policies.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and recommend promotions or disciplinary actions as required.
  • Coordinate with HR for recruitment, attendance issues, and performance management.
  • Plan manpower and staff rosters to meet operational needs.
  • Ensure security procedures, hygiene standards, and proper store closing protocols are followed.
  • Report operational issues to senior management and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Prior experience as a Retail Shop Manager
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage inventory, operations, and staff scheduling effectively
