Main Responsibilities
   
  1-Profit & Loss Responsibility
 
- 
   Responsible for overall shop performance including Sales, Stock, and Staff (SSS).
  
 - 
   Manage rentals/lease discounts in coordination with Head Office, Country Manager, and mall management.
  
 - 
   Ensure shop timing aligns with mall regulations.
  
 
  2-Sales & Team Leadership
 
- 
   Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  
 - 
   Conduct staff training on product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures.
  
 - 
   Supervise staff attendance, schedule shifts, and manage fair staff rotation.
  
 - 
   Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  
 - 
   Ensure inter-store or temporary staff transfers are executed properly with coordination with ASM/CM and HR.
  
 
  3-Customer Service
 
- 
   Ensure exceptional customer care and assistance according to the Shops Operations Manual.
  
 - 
   Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  
 - 
   Provide product consultations and brief customers on newly launched products.
  
 - 
   Foster a welcoming and professional shopping environment.
  
 
  4-Inventory & Stock Management
 
- 
   Maintain reasonable stock levels, office supplies, and implement
   
    FIFO (First In First Out)
   
   system.
  
 - 
   Monitor stock receipts, transfers, tester/damage issuance, and ensure proper sale entries in the system.
  
 - 
   Conduct regular audits and coordinate with ASM/CM for inventory adjustments.
  
 - 
   Monitor slow-moving products and implement strategies to sell them efficiently.
  
 - 
   Ensure proper sampling of fragrance strips as per company guidelines.
  
 
  5-Visual Merchandising
 
- 
   Ensure shop displays and décor comply with company standards.
  
 - 
   Maintain cleanliness, organization, and uniformity of the store environment.
  
 - 
   Create visually appealing product displays to attract customers.
  
 
  6-Administrative & Operational Duties
 
- 
   Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
  
 - 
   Handle cash management including daily sales reconciliation, petty cash, and deposits.
  
 - 
   Ensure compliance with internal audit protocols and participate in monthly audits.
  
 - 
   Conduct stock handover/clearance for staff resignations, transfers, or vacations.
  
 - 
   Implement company policies, operational procedures, and manuals without deviation.
  
 - 
   Coordinate marketing initiatives and sales promotions in-store.
  
 
  7-Compliance & Security
 
- 
   Ensure CCTV and security systems are operational at all times.
  
 - 
   Monitor and report anomalies with fixed assets, stock, or operational processes.
  
 - 
   Ensure all communications from HQ are strictly followed.
  
 
  Qualifications & Experience
 
- 
   Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
  
 - 
   3–5 years of experience in retail, perfumes, or cosmetics industry.
  
 - 
   Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
 - 
   Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  
 - 
   Knowledge of inventory, stock control, and merchandising principles.
  
 - 
   Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  
 - 
   Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.
