Retail Store Manager – 5–7 Years Experience

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of proven retail or F&B retail management experience, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to drive store performance, efficiency, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, staff schedules, and customer service delivery
• Manage inventory, stock planning, wastage control, and timely reordering
• Ensure accurate daily reporting, sales reconciliation, and cash management
• Maintain store presentation, hygiene, visual display, and F&B service standards
• Train, supervise, and evaluate team members; ensure consistent service quality
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans for performance improvement
• Resolve customer issues professionally and maintain service-level benchmarks
• Enforce company policies, SOPs, health & safety, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Graduate degree (Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred)
• 5–7 years of experience in retail management
• F&B industry experience is mandatory
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong background in inventory management, stock control, and reporting
• Knowledge of F&B operations, hygiene practices, and service workflows
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
