Etsy Expert (Night Shift)

IBSTEC is a growing digital solutions company specializing in eCommerce management, digital marketing, and performance-driven online business growth. We are looking for a talented and experienced Etsy Expert to join our team to manage, optimize, and scale our clients’ Etsy stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Etsy shops to increase visibility, traffic, and sales.
• Conduct in-depth product research, keyword optimization, and competitor analysis.
• Create, edit, and optimize product listings following Etsy SEO best practices.
• Monitor daily performance, analyze store data, and prepare performance reports.
• Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns on Etsy.
• Provide exceptional customer support and maintain high satisfaction ratings.
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams for creative product presentation.
• Stay updated with Etsy trends, algorithm changes, and platform policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing and growing successful Etsy stores.
• Strong understanding of Etsy SEO, ranking algorithms, and advertising tools.
• Hands-on experience with Etsy Ads and product optimization strategies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work night shift (8 PM – 5 AM, Monday to Friday).
• Knowledge of other eCommerce platforms (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, etc.) is a plus.

Salary: Rs. 50,000 – 70,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
