Retail Store Manager - Textile Outlet

Position: Retail Manager- Textile Outlet

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with relevant retail management experience, ideally in textiles or fashion
Experience: 5-7 years

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
- Achieve sales targets by monitoring performance and implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Lead, train, and supervise staff, including scheduling and performance management.
- Deliver high levels of customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Oversee inventory control, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and audits.
- Implement visual merchandising to enhance product presentation and customer experience.
- Manage cash handling, POS operations, and basic financial reporting
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- Good understanding of fabrics, garments, and market trends
