Role Overview

The Retail Supply Chain Analyst will support the retail supply chain team by analyzing operations, optimizing inventory, and providing data-driven insights to improve efficiency across the network of stores and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment needs.
• Collaborate with merchandising, stores, and logistics teams to ensure timely product flow.
• Identify inefficiencies in supply chain processes and recommend actionable improvements.
• Support forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards for management to track KPIs.
• Assist in vendor coordination and evaluate supplier performance.
• Support technology implementation and supply chain system enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail supply chain analysis or related roles, preferably in apparel/fashion.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, inventory management, and supply chain software/tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
