Work Location: Dubai

We are actively looking for a Retail Training Manager for our Dubai office enhancing the following responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of Arabic training materials, and the planning of product and skill courses.
• Organize online and offline TTT (Train the Trainer) sessions for regional trainers.
• Assist in the construction of training content on the online learning platform, and coordinate the tracking of regional training execution effectiveness.
• Regularly produce retail training reports, summarize and analyze issues, and assist in streamlining standardized processes

Skills and Experience Required :

• Arabic speaker, fluent in English, with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3 years or more of relevant training experience, preferably in the 3C or FMCG industry.
• Passionate, responsible, and self-driven.
• Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint office software.
