Job description:

• Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
• Setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
• Serves customers by helping them select products through conversation and honest recommendations
• Assist customers by escorting them to racks and counters, responds to customers’ inquiries
• Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards, and balancing drawers
• Ensure the financial transactions are according to company policies and procedure relating to cash & stock handling.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and report discrepancies to managers
• Documents daily sales by creating or updating the report
