Retainer - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities –

  • The core responsibility will be to discover and attract talent for Corporate Functions, Ratings and Technology Hiring
  • Understand the job requirements and advertise for requisitions on professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing them with information about our organization, job roles, and addressing their inquiries
  • Assess candidates to verify they possess the required qualifications, skills, and experience for senior and executive roles
  • Scheduling online interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
  • Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up to date
  • Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates. Work closely with other coordinators on cross-functional teams

Skills And Experience -

  • Masters/PG (Preferably in Human Resources), 3+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Expertise in executive recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Strong focus on Stakeholder Management - to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers & candidates
  • Time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Curiosity to learn Business acumen and market insights
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software
