About the Role:

As a Trade Marketing Revenue & Trade Manager, you will play a crucial role in by leading Value Maneuver agenda and optimizing the 5 levers of Revenue Management, ensuring a deep understanding of the local business and priorities and in full synchronization with Ferrero guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect from various sources elements demonstrating how store activities (assortment visibility, planogram compliance, cut prices, promos, price changes, etc.) have been implemented
  • Create, share and align with the relevant stakeholders and maintain the Company Calendar containing all the commercial deadlines and related implications to ensure that all the deadlines vs the customers are respected
  • Develop the company dashboard with the aim to monitor of the main commercial figures (e.g. sell-out market data, market share, competitor trends, distribution, etc..) to support business understanding and decision making
  • Support selling argumentations creation, providing trade margin related analysis and recos
  • Perform a final check on all the offers / presentations to customers to make sure that the content is in line with requirements and with the contract
  • Responsible for the development and follow-up of all the policies related to commercial processes, follow-up the GRC implementation status, etc.
  • Ensure customer contracts counterparts are set according the Ferrero Policies and SMART practice
  • Coordinate the value maneuver process in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing and Area R&TM
  • Monitor Promotion strategy and embed Pre and Post Promo ROI analysis within business processes
  • Ensure Trade Spend Management and Commercial Processes compliance with the commercial policy and the adoption of commercial processes, systems and reporting requirements

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Preferably, a minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Advanced analytical and planning skills, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills
  • Strong team player with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
