Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Revit Designer to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and CAD software to develop precise, comprehensive architectural and engineering models. Duties

• Create detailed 3D models and construction drawings using Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop schematic designs, system layouts, and interior concepts.
• Integrate design elements from SketchUp, Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros 3D), Grasshopper 3D, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, and SolidWorks as needed for comprehensive project development.
• Prepare schematics, technical drawings, and construction documents that meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Use Bluebeam for markup review, document management, and collaboration during the design process.
• Assist in system design, mechanical layout, interior design concepts, and 2D animation projects to enhance visual communication.
• Support the drafting team by reviewing CAD files for consistency and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Revit is essential; familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other CAD platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros 3D), Grasshopper 3D, ArchiCAD, SolidWorks, and MicroStation enhances your versatility.
• Skilled in schematic development, drafting techniques, construction documentation, and graphic design principles.
• Experience with system design—including mechanical systems—and interior design projects is a plus.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics and translate them into detailed models using Revit or similar software.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across disciplines and presenting complex ideas clearly.
