Revit Drafter Designer

Job Overview
The Revit Drafter is responsible for assisting the design team with design-build projects and design only projects by developing Revit drawings and details.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site measures/scans and create accurate as-built drawings in Revit.
• Help the Design and Sales teams put together client presentations.
• Develop schematic design, design development, and construction documents in Revit. The results of this are to have a clear, concise, and complete set of construction documents to obtain a building permit and to construct the project based on these documents.
• Work with outside engineers and consultants to get engineering and pertinent information incorporated into our construction drawing sets.
• Accept & complete redline notes from Design PMs for multiple projects on time.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Assist the BIM Manager with development and maintenance of Revit library and details.
• Help streamline and improve our processes.
• Other duties as assigned or needed.

Skills
- Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and AutoCAD software
- Experience with Grasshopper, SolidWorks, and MicroStation is a plus
- Strong background in mechanical design and interior design
- Ability to create detailed schematics and blueprints
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
