About the Role

We are hiring for our client a highly skilled Reward & Compensation Manager to lead the design and management of compensation, benefits, and reward programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage competitive salary structures, pay scales, and incentive programs.
  • Develop employee recognition and reward initiatives to drive performance and engagement.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Advise management on compensation, benefits, and reward strategies.
  • Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation & benefits, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits, and labor laws.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and work collaboratively with senior management.
