At Coca-Cola HBC, Digital & Technology Platform Services Hub, we’re looking for a Rewards Administrator. In this role, you’ll ensure a seamless employee experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, ensuring compliance and consistency across all records. Additionally, you’ll handle social insurance processes and medical claims, acting as a point of contact for social insurance institutions and external healthcare providers. On top of that, you’ll collaborate closely with shared service center in Sofia – managing onboarding communication, contract administration, and exit procedures.
